The staff is very helpful - I appreciated their caring and warm attitude a lot, also from the boss Mr Oliver. The room was basic, the bed very comfortable, the Spa facilities are nice at the top with a view over the city. It’s super good located to explore Jiaoxi or to start hiking. The breakfast is very nice, excellent Baos, lot of choices, also for vegetarian. I needed to leave before 7am for hiking and could already come 6.30 am and had so many good and delicious food already. Also they let me checkout a bit later so that I could shower and pack after hiking. But again - the heart of this hotel are its people. Thank you!!

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff that were able talk English with us. Comfortable bed and nice big rooms with large bathroom tubs for hot spring soaking. Good buffet breakfast with lots of choices.

Good breakfast. Good location. Friendly staff. Shower head holder definitely needs some improvement.

The spa area is really nice and we also had a big bathtub in the bathroom. The staff was extremely Friendly and helpful :)
